SOUTH BEACH BINGO INTERNET ABUSE POLICY
- Spam (UseNet): UseNet Spam is defined as any message, commercial, non-profit, or opinion that is individually posted to several newsgroups at one time, especially when the content is commercial and/or obviously considered off topic by the participants of the group.
- Harassment: Any message (of any content) that is repeated after warning to stop or notification is given that such messages are unwelcome constitutes harassment under our policies.
- Unsolicited Email & Advertising (a.k.a "BUCE" or "SPAM"): We have zero tolerance towards Unsolicited Advertising, which we define as follows:
- Content contains false and/or misleading statements;
- Sender's identity is not true and valid;
- Recipients cannot quickly and easily remove themselves from future mailings; and/or
- Volume of mail is sufficient to negatively impact our reputation or that of any associated third party ISP.
- South Beach Bingo NEVER uses abusive practices itself.
- South Beach Bingo's Partner Program signup expressly states our Internet Abuse Policy and clearly indicates that abusive practices will NOT be tolerated.
- ALL abuse complaints regarding ANY South Beach Bingo Webmaster or Marketing Partner are promptly and thoroughly evaluated by South Beach Bingo on a case by case basis.
- In the first instance, the offending Marketer's unique South Beach Bingo tracking URL will be immediately BLOCKED until the offending Marketer sends us a written apology and declaration that such abusive practices will cease and not occur again.
- Should a second instance occur, the offending Marketer will NOT be paid and their unique South Beach Bingo tracking URL will be immediately & PERMANENTLY BLOCKED as will any other trackers that we can identify as belonging to the same person or group.
