Use Real Information
Be sure to enter your REAL Name and REAL Mailing Address (must match the NAME and BILLING ADDRESS on your CREDIT CARD account). Only ONE account
You may have ONLY ONE ACTIVE ACCOUNT! This includes our entire network of sites. If you have more than one User ID number please use only one and discard the other numbers. We will pay winnings on only ONE account per customer. Any other winnings in duplicate accounts for the same customer will be VOID. If the name on your Bingo account does NOT match the name on the credit card(s) used to make deposits to the account, any winnings in that account will be VOID. About Household/Shared Accounts
In the case of multiple household accounts, we will not permit one account to deposit while the other has a pending withdrawal. If one of the accounts has a pending withdrawal the second or spousal account will be disabled until after the withdrawal is processed and another deposit has been made.
